Out of the 36 homes, 12 sold over asking price, 20 sold under the list price and 4 sold at full asking price. Of the home sold, the average sold price vs list price was 98.8%
Multiple offers, bidding wars and homes selling over asking price seems to have become the norm in the area for the past few years, ever since the real estate market picked up. The homes still seem to be selling strong, with inventory still at a low and buyer demand at a rise.
